Asia works as a freelance writer and editor based in the South Jersey area. She is currently looking for a new full time position in the industry.

Asia has always loved storytelling in any form. From creative writing, watching movies and series, to reporting on what’s around her. She grew up reading quite often and was a regular at her local public library thanks to her grandmother who shared with her a love of reading. As she got older, this passion for storytelling translated to doing so on other platforms which is why she pursued a degree in Multimedia Journalism at Rutgers University.

During her time there, this New Jersey native honed her writing skills as often as she could. She took various courses and pursued as many opportunities as she could while working to pay for school. She worked on her school’s paper, interned for the school’s website, and tutored at their Writing & Design Lab. Kittles also made an effort to collaborate with a digital publication at her school’s extended campus since it wasn’t offered on her own.

She’s a recent graduate navigating the interesting workforce that the world has now found itself in. She is excited to develop a project she’s working on while also striving to work at a company or brand that shares her passion for storytelling and creatively sharing information.
